1. Log into your EZVIZ Account from the Web
a) Open a web browser (Safari or Internet Explorer 11)
b) Type www.ezvizlife.com
c) Click on cloud sign-in, enter your username/password and log in.2. Click on the system management menu
Select the device
3. Scroll down to view the Linked video source.
Click the radio button and uncheck all the channels that are unlinked.
4. Repeat the process for all wired kits attached to your EZVIZ account with unused channels that you wish to disable the video loss notification.
Please Note: You can always enable this feature at any time once you connect more cameras to your recording device

- How to setup Alarm Notification Schedule For Cloud Cameras using the Mobile app
EZVIZ Cloud Cameras have the option of setting a schedule for alarm notification – this schedule will determine when you want to receive push notifications and when you want the alerts turned off.
Here is the step-by-step guide to enable you to perform this task
1. Log into your EZVIZ app
a) Enter your username and password – Click the login tab to log into your account
2. Click on the device settings menu from the home page, select the device you want to view from the list of devices on your EZVIZ account
3. Scroll to the Alarm Notification Tab and Click on that tab.
Click on the notification schedule.
4. Click on the on Add time to add a time segment, repeat the process for all the days you want the schedule to operate and use the checkmark on the top right corner to save the schedule.
5. Once you have completed the scheduling process, exit that page and turn on the notification schedule switch.
Note- You do not have to turn on the main switch for the alarm notification when the system gets to the time segment set, the Alarm notification switch will be enabled and your scheduling will take effect.
- How to Upgrade Firmware on your DVR/NVR
1. Log into your DVR/NVR
2. From the top menu, Click on device management
3. From the menu on the left, Click on Advanced Settings
4. Then click on maintenance
5. Select the upgrade tab from the top [make sure the device upgrade box is checked ]
6. Then at the bottom of the screen, Click Upgrade. Follow the instructions and complete the upgrade.
Please Note: Before you start this process, make sure your device is online and added to an EZVIZ account.
The system will check the EZVIZ cloud Servers for any new update to the firmware and proceed with the upgrade process if there is a new upgrade file.
- Can I view all my cameras at the same time though the app or website?
From the mobile app/Web app you can only view 4 cameras at a time.
You can view up to 32 cameras using the EZVIZ PC studio lite for Windows
- How to search video and images stored on cloud storage?
Unlimited cloud storage on EZVIZ CloudPlay service allows you to store 7 or 30 days of video Clips based on your subscription. You can access those recordings by doing the following:
Using the App (when Cloud Service is activated)
Go to “Messages” form the main page and click the notification image or message video.
Using the Web App (When Cloud Service is Activated)
Login to EZVIZ CloudPlay access portal by visiting our support site http://usservice.ezvizlife.com from the "Navigation" menu, click on "Cloud Sign-In"
Go to “Gallery > Cloud Images” page and check the images and videos by device, date, and time.NOTE: IEv11 for Windows and Safari for Mac are the only supported browsers.

- How to cancel the cloud subscription service
Follow the steps below to cancel your cloud subscription service - this will avoid auto-renewal charges in the future while still allowing you to enjoy our current paid subscription term.
1. Log into your EZVIZ account from your Mobile App
2. From the "Home Page" tap on the name of the camera or the SN to open the device settings page
3. Scroll down to "Storage Status", then tap on "Cloud Storage"
4. Click on "manage plans" and cancel your subscription.
Please note that when the subscription is canceled:
1. There are no refunds/prorated dates
2. Your recording plan will expire when it reaches the end of the subscription period
- How long is my Warranty?
All EZVIZ products have a warranty period of one year from the time of purchase.
- Device Setup for NVR Wired Kits (IP PoE)
After installation of cameras:
- Connect the NVR to a router using the Ethernet cable provided in the box (Check your firewall settings or ISP network configurations to make sure there are no restrictions)
- Connect your NVR to a power source
- Setup your NVR using a local monitor
- Follow the wizard on the local monitor, create a new device password and complete the setup
- When prompted, log into the EZVIZ app > click on the tab to add a device>scan the QR code shown on the screen
- If prompted for a password/verification code, input the device password you created for the device during the initial setup. Follow the wizard on your mobile device and complete the setup.
- Connect the NVR to a router using the Ethernet cable provided in the box (Check your firewall settings or ISP network configurations to make sure there are no restrictions)
